Meaning of the words Incremental and Iterative are
- Incremental – Breaking into smaller units and building in pieces
- Iterative – Repetitive so that feedback can be received
Scrum is an Incremental and Iterative framework. What this means is that we break the work into smaller units and at the same time we aim to get feedback as quickly as possible from the customer.
